Welcome to round three of our discipleship class series. It’s our prayer that these classes with help further grow and develop your faith as well as foster the growth of in-depth relationships within the body. We have three new classes for you to choose from this session; The Meaning of Marriage, Calvin’s Institutes and Biblical Theology. Below you will find a brief description of each class. Please take a moment to read through each and pray about which class you would want to start with first. If you’re having a hard time choosing, don’t fret. After 6 weeks the classes will rotate and you will be able to participate in the remaing two classes over the following 12 weeks with a week break in-between.
The Meaning of Marriage I Teachers: Matt Gartner + Paul Anderson + Dave Cuevas

During this 6 week class, we will discuss the biblical description of marriage, the biblical roles of the husband and wife are in a marriage, the gospel purpose of marriage and how God is glorified in marriage and singleness.
Calvin’s Institutes I Teachers: Ryan Miller + Julee Huy + Ben Buskey + Sam Tran
Biblical Theology I Teachers: Tony Huy + Howie Lindauer + Frank Wise + Stephen Westphal
Description: What does each book of the bible teach? What does it say about God, about us, about our world? How does each book add to the central message of the bible? In this session, we’ll answer those questions in light of the first historical narratives in the Old Testament (Joshua-2 Samuel). We’ll discover what it means to live in covenant with Yaweh, to enter the promise land, and we’ll see King Saul and King David enter, and exit, redemptive history.
